These terms apply between Fredrikstad Boat and Motorhome Park and the person who, either themselves or through another, books/pays for a spot at Fredrikstad Boat and Motorhome Park.
The booker/payer is referred to as the "Customer" in these terms. The provider is listed as "Fredrikstad Boat and Motorhome Park," "We," or "FBB."
The booking/payment pertains to renting a spot at Fredrikstad Boat and Motorhome Park. Customers/guests at FBB are obliged to adhere to FBB's "Rules."
To book and pay for a spot on the website www.fredrikstadpark.no, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To complete the payment of the fee, a credit card or Vipps and BankID or equivalent are required. Payment is made directly, even during booking.
Reservation of a spot:
The price includes the rental of the spot, booking fee, and, if applicable, connection (including consumption) of
electricity.
All spots are booked from 12:00 to 12:00.
The specified motorhome spot includes safety distances of up to 4 meters to neighbors.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. The booking confirmation is sent via email and as a text message (SMS). In case of errors, FBB should be contacted within 7 days after receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
All prices are in NOK and include VAT.
Cancellation can only be done online via the link in the email confirmation. The customer can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the stay and 90% of your payment will be refunded
The customer takes care of the protection the customer deems necessary, such as liability, vehicle, accident, and baggage insurance.
FBB is not responsible for damage or loss caused by a third party, nor for belongings that are left behind.
The customer undertakes to take good care of the rental property and facility, follow the rules, instructions, and regulations in force, and ensure that fellow travelers/own visitors do the same.
Between 22:00 and 08:00, the customer/guests must show the greatest consideration and silence towards other guests.
Regulations for safety distances when setting up motorhomes must be followed. The distance between two units must be at least four meters.
Instructions for sorting waste must be followed. Please note that only household waste is handled at FBB.
Payment of the fee is made online.
By using this website, you also accept FBB and Hamnsystem Sverige AB's data policy. FBB reserves the right to send information and marketing via email or SMS on special occasions.
This is an agreement made between the customer (booker) and FBB. The agreement terminates immediately if:
Contact us with any complaints. Remember that the chances of resolving the issue may decrease if the customer delays the complaint.
In case of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, floods, and other events that can be considered force majeure, FBB can terminate the agreement, whereby the customer and guests should be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, FBB is obliged to refund the deposited amount, excluding the benefits obtained from the location.
